Based on designs by Ewald Winkelbauer and Axel Börker from Ludwigsburg, Germany, schmidinger möbelbau produced the hogg na stool chair for the craft competition Handwerk+Form 2018 competition. A chair as the extended quote of the typical and traditional milking stool or stool of the Alpine region. The backrest of the hogg na is a serial form part, which was adapted for this use. Playful and light, the backrest enters into a formal dialogue with the solid-looking and statistical stool form and arrives at a new statement.
